1 MEDIUM ONION, DICED
1-8OZ PACKAGE OF LENTILS
1 PACKAGE OF TURKEY PEPPERONI (cut in quarters)
¼ CUP CHILI POWDER
¼ CUP DRIED CILANTRO
1 TBLS BLACK PEPPER
1 TBLS GARLIC POWDER
1 TBLS GROUND CUMIN
2 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
2 CUPS FRESH SPINACH (PUREED WITH TOMATOES)
