I lear...I need to challenge the voices constantly. I learned in treatment that whenever we're not talking to someone else we are talking to ourselves in our heads. And that 90 percent of that talk is negative.<BR/><BR/>Let me give you one example. When the phone is quiet all day dearest one or I will say outloud, "nobody loves us." I don't say that anymore. I still think it but when I do I reframe it. I tell myself, "there are lots of people who love us.
